No. 1 is published on February 20:
Deadline for advertising material is January 14
Deadline for new spots is January 7
No. 2 is published on May 5:
Deadline for advertising material is April 1
Deadline for new spots is March 26
No. 3 is published on September 1:
Deadline for advertising material is July 7
Deadline for news spots is June 30
No. 4 is published on November 5:
Deadline for advertising material is September 29
Deadline for news spots is September 22
Advertisement sizes:
1/1 page advertisement is 210 x 297 mm + 3 mm for cutting on each side.
2/1 page advertisement is 420 x 297 mm + 3 mm for cutting on each side.
1/2 page advertisement is 210 x 145 (horizontal) or 103 x 297 (vertical) + 3 mm for cutting on each side.
File formats
Advertising material can be delivered digitally or as basic material (Slides, paper print, logo, possibly text and sketch). When sending electronic media for PC or MAC (disk, CD-ROM or e-mail) real size proof or print must be enclosed together with an outline of formats and files. When forwarding prints minor colour deviations may occur. Images must be delivered as PDF, EPS or TIF files (TIFF 300 DPI) or QuarkXPress. Conversion from electronic file to film with proof – and possibly scan, composition, sketch, monitoring and film production of other materials or exposures will be charged to the advertiser.
